NO-MEAT LASAGNA 
3/4 bunch broccoli
1 onion, chopped
Lg. container mushrooms
Fresh spinach
Italian seasonings
Parmesan cheese
13 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
About 9 lasagna noodles
Lg. container of low-fat cottage cheese

Saute onions, broccoli, and mushrooms; mix with spinach, and Italian seasoning to taste. Combine Parmesan cheese and cottage cheese. Layer noodles, vegetable mixture, and cheese mixture. Cover with waxed paper and microwave 12 minutes at 70% power. Good low-cal meal.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
