ITALIAN BEEF 
1 garlic bud (I use minced garlic 1 tsp.)
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. dried parsley
2 bay leaves
5 lb. roast beef (rump sliced thin and tied or any other like arm of chuck)
1/2 c. wine
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. water

Bake at 325 degrees for 3 1/2 to 4 hours, last 1/2 hour cut strings.
