IRISH BAKED SALMON | |
1 (5 to 7 lb.) salmon 2 oz. butter Juice of 1 lemon 2 tbsp. water Salt and pepper Season cleaned and washed salmon with salt and pepper. Place in large Pyrex dish. Add water and lemon juice and dot with butter. Cover with tin foil. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours (12 minutes per pound) at 375 degrees. Remove skin and serve hot or cold. |
