ORANGE VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 lb. pkg. fresh spinach
Green pepper, chopped
1 cauliflower, broken into flowerets
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 clove garlic, chopped

Mix dressing ingredients in food processor or blender. Pour over spinach, pepper, cauliflower and oranges; toss.
