KAREN KELLER'S POTATO CHILI 
2 cans stewed tomatoes, mashed
1 can tomato soup
2 cans hot chili beans
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. brown sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash of crushed red pepper or Tabasco
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, browned
2 green peppers, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 - 2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes

Cook potatoes in a little water for 5 to 10 minutes. Add potatoes with water to chili. Bring all ingredients to a boil, then simmer in a slow cooker.
