FRESH SALSA 
2 large cans petite diced tomatoes
1 can tomatoes with green chiles or 1 can diced green chilies
2 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 of small white onion chopped
1 c chopped fresh cilantro
juice of 1/2 lime
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
chili powder, to taste
crushed red pepper, to taste

Mix all ingredients and process in food processor to desired consistency.

Serve with Anything! Corn chips, Mexican foods, eggs, home fries....the list is endless.

This makes 2 quart jars and will stay fresh in the refrigerator for about a week. But...it usually doesn't last that long.
