THREE BEAN CASSEROLE 
8 strips bacon
2 lg. onions, cut into rings
1 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans (drained)
1 can (16 oz.) New England baked beans (undrained)
1 can (16 oz.) green lima beans or chick peas (drained)

Fry bacon until crisp, crumble and set aside. With remaining bacon fat, fry onion garlic, mustard, brown sugar and cider vinegar in skillet. Cover, cook 20 minutes over medium heat. Combine beans in 3 quart casserole, stir in bacon and skillet mixture. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 10.
