DEEP DISH BISCUIT PIZZA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. tomato sauce or 6 oz. can tomato paste
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated butter biscuits
2 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown beef and onion and drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce or paste. Mix in Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Simmer in a pan while preparing crust.

Separate biscuits; roll out and press in bottom and up sides to form crust. Pour in the mix. Sprinkle cheese on top of pizza mix (all in a 9" pan). Bake at 350 degrees until done.
