GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE | |
2 cans (16 oz.) cut drained green beans 3/4 c. milk 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/8 tsp. black pepper 1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French fried onions Combine beans, milk, soup, pepper and 1/2 can onions. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes longer. Serves 6. 2 package (9 oz. each) cut frozen greens, cooked and drained may be used in place of canned green beans. |
