1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix and shake well in jar. Chill.
