1 c. Heinz catsup
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
Sm. dash cayenne

Combine. Beat well until nice and fluffy.
