SWEDISH HAM BALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

SAUCE:

1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. water

Combine meats, crumbs, eggs and milk; mix thoroughly. Form in balls, about golf ball size. Place in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over ham balls. Bake in slow oven, 325 degrees for 1 hour. Turn or baste occasionally. Makes 16 balls. Serves 8.
