FRUITED CHICKEN THIGHS 
6 chicken thighs, skinned
1/2 c. apple juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. apricots
1/4 c. prunes
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 med. onion, sliced and separated into rings

Place chicken in 12 x 8 baking dish. Combine apple juice, orange juice, lemon juice; pour over the chicken. Refrigerate and cover for 2 hours. Drain chicken, reserve marinade. Add raisins, apricots, prunes and ginger. Arrange onion rings over chicken. Cover with marinade. Bake 1 hour at 375 degree oven. Discard liquid to serve. Makes 6 servings. 227 calories per serving.
