CHICKEN THIGHS WITH MUSTARD
SAUCE
 
1/2 c. Dijon style mustard
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
8 to 10 chicken thighs

Combine the mustard, soy sauce, oil, ginger and garlic in large bowl. Add chicken and let stand 45 minutes to 1 hour covered. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Can also be grilled. Serves 4 to 6.
