RICE PILAF | |
1 c. long grain rice, unrinsed 1/4 c. thin noodles (angel hair) 2 c. chicken broth 1/4 c. butter Pepper and salt to taste Brown the noodles (lightly) in 1/4 cup butter then add rice. Bring chicken to boiling point - then pour over rice and noodles. Stir. Cover and simmer until all liquid is absorbed, approximately 25 minutes. |
