SKY HIGH LEMON PIE 
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. corn starch
1/4 c. All Purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. water
4 egg yolks
2 tbsp. lemon juice or (real lemon juice)
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
1 9in. baked pie shell

Cook over medium heat until thick. Set into cold water when thick enough. Add butter and flavoring. Cool slightly and pour in baked shell. Top with favorite meringue and brown under broiler. Cool.
