HOT 'N SPICY POTATO SALAD 
2 cups boiled potatoes
1 boiled egg
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
relish (use as much as you desire)
pickles (use as much as you desire)
Sriracha hot chili sauce
cilantro leaves, for garnish

Scrub, cut, and boil potatoes. Let cool. While boiling potatoes, boil your egg and then let cool.

Once potatoes and egg have cooled, combine in bowl. Then add Dijon mustard, relish, pickles (don't use sweet ones!), and Sriracha hot sauce.

A note of caution with the Sriracha: USE WISELY, IT IS HOT! Try a little yourself before adding and then use as needed. I used about 2 tablespoons or so, but it's up to you.

Garnish with cilantro leaves and enjoy!
