SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
Prepare potato buds for 12 servings, using more milk less water.

1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Garlic salt to taste
Paprika
1/2 stick butter

Beat sour cream, cream cheese and garlic salt into potatoes. Put into 9x13 inch baking dish. Melt butter and pour over top of potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 250. Serves 12.
