POTATO OVEN - CREAMED 
5 to 6 med. potatoes, cooked
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tbsp. horseradish
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese

Dice potatoes. Melt butter. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Slowly stir in milk. Cook until thickened. Add remaining seasonings and potatoes. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
