FLORENTINER 
2 1/4 c. flour
9 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
7 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 c. honey
1/4 c. whipping cream
2 c. sliced almonds

1. Knead softened butter in room temperature by a wooden spoon.

2. Add butter, sugar and egg.

3. Add sifted flour and mix gradually, wrap then and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

4. Spread them on the oven tray into 1/4" thick and make a hole with fork (or something).

5. Bake for about 10 minutes at 350 to 370 degrees.

6. Put butter, sugar, honey and whipping cream in a pan and boil down for a while.

7. Drop a drop of cooking liquid into water and if it will form a small drop in water, it's done.

8. Spread them on the baked cookie sheet by wooden spoon and bake 10 minutes in 395 degree oven to brown.
