Mashed potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. sour cream
Garlic powder to taste

To mashed potatoes (enough to fill large Pyrex), add rest of ingredients. Put in baking dish and sprinkle lightly with paprika and garlic powder. Bake at 200 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Just heat through.
