FORGOTTEN CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. brown or white rice
1/2 c. milk
1 can each cream of celery & mushroom soup
2-3 lbs. chicken pieces
1/2 env. onion soup mix

Heat rice, milk and mushrooms in saucepan until bubbly. Pour into lightly greased 9"x13" pan. Place pieces of chicken on top of rice. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 350 degrees at least 1 hour. Can remain in oven up to 4 hours at 350 degrees as steam in pan will keep meal from burning.
