FROSTY STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans

Mix above ingredients and spread in layer cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10- 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle 2/3 of resulting crumbs in 9x13 inch pan.

FILLING:

2 egg whites
2 c. strawberries, mashed
1 c. white sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Combine egg whites, strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Beat at high speed for 10 minutes. Add whipped cream. Spoon mixture over crumbs; freeze overnight.

To serve, top with additional whipped cream, whole strawberries and remaining crumbs. Serves 15.
