OKRA & TOMATOES 
2 bags frozen chopped okra
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. season salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cans crushed tomatoes
1 stick butter

Saute onions and okra in butter until tender. Add seasonings. Simmer both cans tomatoes for 20 minutes. Put okra mixture in baking dish. Pour simmered tomatoes on top. Bake at 350 degrees until tomatoes start turning brown, approximately 30 minutes.
