SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 lb. bulk or ground sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. tomatoes
6 oz. tomato paste
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Cook, drain spaghetti. Add butter, Parmesan cheese, eggs, form into crust (10 inch pie plate). Brown meat and add ingredients except cottage cheese and Mozzarella. Spread cottage cheese on top of spaghetti crust. Fill with tomato/meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Add Mozzarella cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
