CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 sq. (1 oz. ea.) chocolate squares, melted
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. confectioners' sugar, for rolling

Mix oil, melted chocolate and sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Add baking powder, salt and flour. Chill dough several hours or overnight.

Roll into balls, then roll in confectioners' sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes.

Makes 6 dozen.
