CHOCOLATE CRINKLED COOKIES 
1/2 c. oil
4 sq. (1 oz. ea.) unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. confectioners' sugar (for rolling)

Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in eggs, on at a time, until well mixed. Add vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder and salt) and stir into egg mixture. Chill several hours or overnight.

Heat oven to 350°F. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls into the confectioners' sugar, roll around and shape into a ball. Place on well greased cookie sheet, about 2-inches apart. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until done. Do not press cookie down on sheet.
