CHOCOLATE CRINKLE TOP COOKIES 
2 c. sugar
4 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Confectioners' sugar

Mix together sugar, chocolate, and oil. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Refrigerate dough until firm enough to form into balls (overnight).

Roll teaspoon of dough into a ball, then roll into confectioners' sugar. Place about 2 inches apart on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake about 12 minutes.
