4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can Carnation evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 stick butter
2 lg. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts

Combine sugar and milk in a large pan (stir constantly). Cook over medium heat. When it boils cook 11 minutes. Keep stirring, after 11 minutes, stir in rest of ingredients. Stir until melted. Place in foil lined pans.
