JUDY'S POWDERED SUGAR FONDANT | |
5 tbsp. butter 1 lb powdered sugar 1 tsp. spearmint or peppermint Desired food colors 2 tbsp. cold water Melt butter and add food coloring and extract. Stir in powdered sugar and water; knead in pan or dish. Roll out in balls in hand and press with fork or meat tenderizer. Place on waxed paper or cake rack for several hours to dry. These are very tasty and should be rolled out quite small, like a party mint. |
