HOT RHUBARB PUDDING 
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. flour
4 c. diced rhubarb

Mix well, put into 9 x 9 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
