ZUCCHINI FUDGE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 c. chocolate chips
2 c. finely diced zucchini
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Blend butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Blend well. Sift together flour, cocoa, salt, and spices, and blend into egg mixture. Stir in zucchini and remaining ingredients. Bake in a greased and floured sheet cake pan at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Ice, or cut in squares and serve plain.
