HOT FRUIT CASSEROLE 
1 (#2) can peach slices
1 (#2) can peach halves, cut in smaller pieces
1 (#2) can pineapple chunks
1 (#2) can apricots
1 jar cherries
1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sherry or white wine

Place fruit in layers in an oblong Pyrex dish. Put apricots on top with cherries in middle of each. Blend butter, sugar, flour, and sherry in a double boiler over hot water for a few minutes. Pour over fruit and let stand in refrigerator overnight.

When ready to serve, bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until syrup bubbles.
