BROCCOLI AND GREEN BEAN
CASSEROLE
 
2 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. cut and seasoned green beans with onion and pimento
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. cheese crackers, crushed

Combine ingredients except for broccoli and beans. Cook broccoli and drain well. Arrange half the broccoli in a greased casserole, cover with drained beans. Pour half the sauce mixture over vegetables. Add remaining broccoli and then remaining sauce. Top with crushed cheese crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. Freezes well.
