BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches raw broccoli flowerettes (bite-size)
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. toasted almonds, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
6 strips cooked crumbled bacon

Mix sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise. Pour over broccoli and bacon. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Just before serving add raisins and almonds. Toss.
