BEEFSTEAK BUNDLES 
1 lb. round steak
3 c. cooked rice
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
1/2 c. evaporated milk
4 tbsp. butter

Tear 4 pieces aluminum foil, approximately 18 x 12 inches.

Put 3/4 cup rice in the center of each piece of foil. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon onion soup mix.

Cut steak into 3 x 1 inch strips and put on top of rice. Pour 2 tablespoons evaporated milk and 1 tablespoon butter on top of each.

Fold together foil to seal each one, and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Can be served in foil packages.
