CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1-2 lbs. ground beef
1 head cabbage, 2-3 lbs.
Velveeta cheese
butter
1 sm. onion, minced
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
Bread crumbs

Slice cabbage and cook in salted water until transparent; rain. Brown ground beef and onions. In large casserole dish, combine ground beef mixture with cabbage, add sour cream; mix. Cover with Velveeta cheese, sprinkle with 1/2 to 1 cup bread crumbs and dab with 4 tablespoons butter. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.
