SEAFOOD QUICHE 
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked
1/2 lb. crabmeat, picked
1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
1 1/4 cups milk, scalded
1 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
1 tsp. salt
pinch of sweet basil
9-inch pie crust (Pillsbury)

Sauté onion, pepper and celery in small amount of butter until tender. Combine with shrimp and crabmeat. Pour into prepared crust. Sprinkle with grated Swiss cheese. Combine milk, eggs, salt and seasoning. Pour over all; sprinkle top with basil.

Bake at 325°F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until set.
