GREEN CORN PUDDING 
2 cans or pkgs. whole kernel corn
1 to 2 cans green chilies (chopped)
2 eggs (whipped)
1 c. cream (1 tbsp. flour, 1 tbsp. butter)
Salt
Pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Add one cup milk. Heat on stove until boiling, stirring often. Place in Pyrex dish and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
