HARTWELL FARM CORN PUDDING 
2 c. cream style corn
1 c. med. fine dry bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 oz. sliced Cheddar cheese cut in 1 1/2" squares
3 slices bacon, cut in 1 1/2" lengths

Combine all ingredients except cheese and bacon. Pour into 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Arrange alternate pieces of cheese and bacon across top in checkerboard fashion. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. 4-6 servings. A family holiday favorite.
