OLD FASHIONED CORN PUDDING | |
1 lb. can creamed corn (2 c.) 1 c. bread crumbs (seasoned, optional) 1 c. milk 1/4 - 1/2 c. chopped green pepper Bacon Cheddar cheese (cracker barrel is easy) Baking dish (approx. 10 x 6 x 2 inch) Mix all ingredients (except bacon and cheese). Place in a baking and serving dish. Cover in checker board fashion with pieces of uncooked bacon and slices of cheddar cheese. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 325 degrees. |
