TOLL HOUSE PIE | |
2 eggs 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed 1 c. butter, melted & cooled to room temperature 1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels 1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts) 1 (9") unbaked pie shell Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar; stir in flour and brown sugar. Beat until mixed well. Stir in melted butter. Mix in Toll House morsels and walnuts. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. May be served warm with whipped cream. |
