SCALLOPED OYSTERS 
1 pt. oysters
2 c. cracker crumbs, finely crushed
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Strain oysters; discard liquid. Combine cracker crumbs and melted butter. Put 1/2 mixture in baking dish. Add all oysters. Spread soup over oysters. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

This will become a regular at Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners! It's delicious!!
