THREE LAYER STRAWBERRY JELLO
SALAD
 
BOTTOM LAYER:

2 c. crushed pretzels (crush then measure 7 oz. pkg.)
3/4 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. butter

Mix and press into bottom of 9"x13" pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes; cool.

MIDDLE LAYER:

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. sugar

Cream together, then add 8 ounces Cool Whip. Don't over mix.

TOP LAYER:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, slightly thawed

When cool, spread over middle layer. Cool in refrigerator.
