CURRIED FRUIT 
1 lg. can mixed fruit (for salads)
4 bananas, cut in lg. pieces
1 sm. can pineapple chunks
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. melted butter

Drain fruit. Combine sugar, curry and cornstarch. Add melted butter to fruit, then add sugar mixture. Mix all ingredients. Pour into a buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Great with ham.
