CUSTARD PIES 
6 eggs, separated
2 c. Pet milk
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. milk, heated
3 tsp. vanilla
Salt
Cinnamon (sprinkle on top, if desired)

Slightly beat egg yolks; add Pet milk, sugar and vanilla. Stir in hot milk. Gradually add stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 15 minutes longer. Pies are done when knife comes out clean.
