LEMON GELATIN CUSTARD SALAD 
2 pkgs. lemon Jello
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 diced banana
Marshmallows
Grate cheese (generous amount)

Dissolve 2 packages lemon Jello in 2 pints water. Add 1 cup crushed pineapple, I diced banana, sprinkle marshmallows over top. Set. When set, grate generous amount of cheese over top and add cooled topping.

TOPPING:

1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
Chill

Cool until thick and then add 1/2 cup cream whipped. Spread on top of cheese and Jello. 15 servings. 9 x 13 pan.
