DEEP DISH MEAT PIE (TORTIERE) 
9 inch deep dish pie crust (2)
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 c. mashed potatoes
1 tsp. salt (opt.)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. diced onion
1 can Campbell's mushroom soup
1/4 c. skim milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and pork until almost cooked. (It should still be somewhat pink.) Drain well. Combine beef, pork, potatoes, salt, pepper and onions together. Fill uncooked pie crust to edge. Cover with second crust. Make several slits on top of crust. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.

GRAVY: Combine soup with milk and warm for few minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over baked pie.
