GRAPENUT CUSTARD 
4 cups milk
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 cup grapenuts
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tbsp. butter
vanilla

Mix milk, tapioca, grapenuts, and salt together in a double boiler. Cook for 15 minutes. Add sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla.

Bake 1/2 hour at 325 to 350°F.
