VENISON SWISS STEAK | |
2 lb. venison round steak 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can water or little less 1 sm. onion 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Dredge steak with flour which has been seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown in oil. Add the rest of ingredients. Cover tightly and cook in 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours. Makes own gravy. |
